• Be Nigerian citizens.
• Be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Be indigenes of Ondo State or Otu-Itesiwaju Local Government Area in Oyo State.
• Completed application form.
• Proof of undergraduate enrollment.
• Evidence of indigene status (Ondo State or Otu-Itesiwaju LGA, Oyo State).
• Academic transcript or recent results.
• Be enrolled in one of the eligible fields
